Paper Shredding

Paper shredders come in all different sizes depending on what application it will be used for and how often. For large amounts of paper at a single pass a paper shredder is among the best options available. They are mostly designed to have one shaft with a ram feed. The paper shredder can shred just about of paper grade. Paper shredders can quickly and quietly destroy corrugated cardboard, offset paper, roll stock, paper slabs, etc. With such efficiency it can save the cost of labor than other paper shredders that use a metered feed. Paper waste materials are generally loaded onto a large horizontal conveyor belt. It can also be cross fed with an additional conveyor. Some paper waste shredders can have features such as upper pinch conveyors the crush boxes that are upright or other fiber cores that don't contain any steel end caps, before going into the actual paper slab waste shredder.

There are also different variations of how large and how fast the conveyor can be on a paper shredder. For example a conveyor could be 100 inches wide and the motor could go up to 100 miles per hour. With that capacity the paper shredders could shred up to 16,000 pounds an hour.
