If there is gross negligence or intent on the part of Vecoplan LLC in the case of damage incurred by use of the website or by downloading data, this exclusion of liability does not apply. The legal relationship between you and Vecoplan LLC that results from the use of the website is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the event of legal disputes with fully-qualified merchants resulting from the use of this website, the courst of venue is the registered office of Vecoplan AG in Bad Marienberg.

Explanation of Data Protection

As a rule, you can access all Vecoplan LLC web pages without supplying any personal information. When your name, address or other personal data are required, you will be notified beforehand. Your personal usage data are used to design and improve Vecoplan LLC services to make them as pleasant as possible.

If you decide to supply personal data to Vecoplan LLC over the internet, for instance to correspond with Vecoplan or to place an order, that data will be treated carefully and in compliance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

When Internet pages are accessed, Vecoplan LLC obtains usage data that are stored for security purposes and may make identification possible (for instance, IP address, date, time, and pages viewed). Vecoplan LLC analyzes in order to understand user behaviour and generate statistics. There is no personal utilization. We reserve the right to use data that has made anonymous for statistical analysis.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

If data is supplied to service providers in the content of commissioned data processing, such service providers are bound by the BDSG, other statutory rules and the Vecoplan LLC privacy policy. To the extent it is obligated to do so by law or a court order, Vecoplan LLC will transmit its data to the required extent to those government offices entitled to receive information. For other purposes, Vecoplan LLC will give your data to third parties only with your express agreement.

Safety

Vecoplan LLC stores your data on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to it is limited to a few people authorized by Vecoplan LLC who are involved in the technical, commercial or editorial support for thesde servers.

Right of Recall

If you demand that Vecoplan LLC not use your personal information to contact you or that it be deleted, your request will be honored. Data that is required according to commercial principles or to handle an order are not affected by notice of termination or deletion. The consequences of a recall of personal data will be the loss of personalized service, since such service is predicated on use of customer data.

Use of Cookies

Text information is collected in cookies during an online session and stored in a special file in ASCII format (cookie.txt) on the user's hard drive. The user's browser controls where the cookie is stored. Cookies are information that will be sent back to the server during the next online visit. They can be ready only by the server that installed them.

Vecoplan LLC employs cookies only when urgently required for a user function or to ease navigation of the site. The information is not disclosed to any third parties since cookies are used only for those functions.

Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. This function can be deactivated in the browser at any time, however. You can set your browser so that it notifies you whenever cookies are sent.

Advertising

The Vecoplan LLC website generally does not include advertising. When this is not the case, the advertising is delivered through an external ad server. Data collected in connection with online advertising (ad impressions, ad clicks) are used solely for statistical evaluation and to generate reports for advertising customers. No personal data is used.

Cookies may be used in the delivery of advertising over which Vecoplan LLC has no influence.
